BEER LINE CLEANING

Brewers go through a lot to make sure the quality of their beer taste exactly the way they intended. From picking the right yeast strains and using the freshest hops to sanitising their equipment and fermenting at the right temperatures, all the appropriate measures are taken to ensure that the final product comes out just right. That being said, it’s a shame, that after all that hard work, the quality and flavour of a beer can be ruined by pouring it through a beer dispense system that has not been properly maintained.

WHY CLEAN YOUR LINES?

Dirty beer lines are extremely unsanitary! Within days of installing a new draught beer system, deposits such as yeast and bacteria begin to build up in the lines. Without proper cleaning, these deposits can result in off flavours as well as the beer dispense system’s ability to pour properly.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU CLEAN YOUR LINES

Here at BDS we know it’s hard and sometimes irritating for owners / operators to keep on top of the maintenance and cleaning of their beer dispense system. This is why we go above and beyond to schedule you in with one of our technicians for a weekly or fortnightly beer system clean and inspection.

We even take the time to provide training to some of your trusted employees.

We pride ourselves in providing a cost effective cleaning program for you and your outlet. As part of our service we also perform chiller glycol checks, examine washers and seals on taps; keg couplers and your gas system to ensure you have a continuous supply of crisp and great tasting beverages to your bar.
